Your Sureshotgps™ is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase (proof of purchase is required).
To obtain warranty service, an original or copy of the sales receipt from the original retailer is required.
We retain the exclusive right to either repair or replace the unit with a "newly-overhauled" unit, or new unit at its sole discretion.
The same policy shall apply to software and accessories.
